HOW MUCH HAIR IS REQUIRED?
A pinch of fur (we can also include ashes - 1/2 teaspoon). Any unused hair or ashes will be returned with your order.
WHERE DO I SEND MY ENCASEMENTS?
Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation which will contain postage instructions for hair, ashes, fur etc.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Orders will take 2-6 weeks from receipt of any hair or ashes to posting. Lead time will depend on our current work load and stock availability. If you require your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing the order.
