Once your order is placed you will receive an order confirmation which will contain postage instructions for hair, ashes, fur etc.
 

Orders will take 2-6 weeks from receipt of any hair or ashes to posting. Lead time will depend on our current work load and stock availability. If you require your order for a certain date, please contact us before placing the order. Custom orders can take longer.

Please note: once your personal item is encased within the product, we can’t offer any refunds or exchanges. Please read the T&C's page before ordering.

Your item (s) will be shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery once complete and your tracking number will be provided on your shipping confirmation email.
